At Prime Vape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
